What is Tai Chi?
A gentle form of exercise.
Helps maintain strength, flexibility and balance.
Suitable for all ages.
Often recommended for older adults.

Tai Chi is a safe approach to exercise and can result in a sense of relaxation and tranquillity, both of which can help reduce the suffering experienced in chronic pain conditions. — NHS. However if you have any physical conditions that make you cautious about taking up Tai Chi, please ask for advice from your GP.
